Terms and conditions

Article 1 (Purpose, etc.)

1.1 This Agreement stipulates that the Company and the Company stipulate the rights, duties and responsibilities of the users and employees of the Company (hereinafter referred to as the " Company ") by using the " Company " (hereinafter referred to as the " Entrance Schedule ") of the Hyundai Motor Company (hereinafter referred to as the " Entrance Schedule ").

1.2 According to the provisions of this Agreement and the obligations and obligations of " User " and " Company " of this Agreement, the Privacy Act and the Privacy Protection Act shall be complied with.

Article 2 (Definition of User)

2.1 " Users " refers to someone who accesses " Site " and uses the services provided by the " company ".

Article 3 (Delivery and modification of services)

3.1. The Company provides services to customers as below.

① Policies on visit reservation process.

② Guidelines for on-site visit procedures.

③ Information concerning application for submission of accreditation

④ Any service provided by the " Company " to the " Users " of the visiting " Users "

Section 1 of the service shall be provided using the notice to " Users ".

3.3 The Company notifies newly updated service contents and their enforcement date at least 7 days prior to its application via the Website notification channel should there be any updates for the services pertaining to the first clause.

Article 4 (Service interruption)

4.1 The Company may suspend the availability of the Website in case there is maintenance, replacement, or breakdown on service providing infrastructures or terminate current service permanently if the Company finds considerably reasonable alternatives to replace the system or any other proper reasons.

4.2 The Company announces to customers via notification channel in case of service termination pertaining to the first clause. However, it does not apply to circumstances where it is impossible to announce in a timely manner due to interruptions caused by uncontrollable reasons such as system down by APT attacks, etc.

Article 5 (User Loss, Loss of User)

5.1 Customers may request deletion of his/her personal information before visiting the Company and the Company shall take measures to delete personal information immediately unless there are proper grounds such as specifying the Company’s right of collecting customers’ personal information in regards to PIPA or any other related laws. However, the Company keeps customers’ visiting history record for certain period of time set by the Company’s privacy policy to protect its information.

5.2 The Company can reject the issuance of visitor badges and/or permission to enter if:

① Customers register false information on the Website

② Customers violate the Company’s security policies.

③ Customers cause misconducts against the PIPA, this Policy and/or any other public orders and good morals

④ The Company regards customer ineligible for entering when reflected by internal policies.

⑤ Certain situation where it is deemed inappropriate if customers’ entering the Company due to the Company’s in/external conditions.

5.3 The Company shall grant customers the opportunity to present evidence of such reason before rejection of badge issuance or grant of access.

Article 6 (Notification to Customers)

6.1 If the company notifies you of a specific user, you can contact the mobile phone number provided by the user when issuing a visit to and from a visit.

6.2 The Company may substitute individual announcements by mass customer announcements on the Website.

Article 7 (Protect Your Personal Information)

7.1 The Company makes efforts to protect customers’ personal information including that already registered on the Website according to what is stipulated in related laws. Customers’ personal information protection follows related laws and the Company’s privacy policy.

Article 8 (The Company’s Responsibilities)

8.1 The Company shall not practice procedures against related laws, this Policy, or public orders and good morals and makes efforts to provide consistent and stable services specified in this Policy.

8.2 The Company establishes security system to protect customers’ personal information for safe Website transactions.

Article 9 (Customers’ Responsibilities for Personal Information)

9.1 Except the Company lying under responsibilities in regards to related laws and personal information Process Policies, individual personal information management responsibilities fall on each individuals.

9.2 Customers shall not allow third parties to use his/her personal information

Article 10 (Customers’ Responsibilities)

10.1 Customers shall not practice below conducts

① Registering false information on the Website at reservation.

② Changing information posted on the Website.

③ Infringing personal rights or intellectual properties, or interrupting business the Company or third parties possess.

④ Expropriating other person’s personal information.

⑤ Collecting, storing or disclosing other customers’ personal information without their consent.

⑥ Violating the Company’s policies in regards to the Company’s service or use of other services.

⑦ Acts contrary to the provisions of the safety regulations provided by the Company

10.2 The Company may refuse the issuance of badges or entrance to the building to the ones who have shown conducts mentioned in the first clause of this article.

10.3 Customers are responsible for compensating the loss suffered by the Company or other customers caused by their imputation.

Article 11 (Copyright Ownership and Use Limitations)

11.1 Assets relating to the ingress and egress systems are copyright, trademark, technical information, text, graphics, audio, video, downloads, links, and the source code (the web site service), and the Company owns all rights to the service.All forms of information are for you and are provided for your convenience.However, the company does not allow us to grant commercial licenses for such information.Users can not use this site or service in any case, unless it is intended for personal use.

11.2 The user shall not use the information obtained by means of the access reservation system to use the information obtained by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, or otherwise using the Company's intranet without prior consent from the company.

Article 12 (Exemption)

12.1 The user shall be responsible for the reliability or accuracy of the information entered in relation to the details of the entry and exit of the visiting booking system, and the company shall not assume liability for any damages caused by the user or any third party.

12.2 Customers shall not use the information obtained from the Website by means of duplication, transfer, publication, broadcasting or others for his/her own profits or provide to third parties without the Company’s prior consent

Article 13 (The Policy’s Revision)

13.1 The Company may revise this Policy in the manner that it does not violate related laws: Regulation of Standardized Contracts, Framework Act on Electronic Commerce, Digital Signature Act, Information and Communication Network Use Boost Act, etc.

13.2 The Company shall announce the application date of newly revised Policy and its reasons of revision with the current version on the Website 7 days prior to its activation

13.3 Customers have the right to deny the application of the revised Policy. Customers may bring opposition to the Policy within 15 days after the activation, and the Company may announce further that the Policy is regarded as concurred unless customers bring opposition. Resultingly, with no sign of denial shown from the customers, the Company may well deem that the Policy is concurred by the customers.

Article 14 (Trial Jurisdiction)

14.1 In relation to the use of disputes arising between the company and the users of the company, the Republic of Korea is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the lawsuit arising from this conflict is lodged in the jurisdiction of the Republic of Korea in the Civil Procedure Act.

Minor provisions

This Agreement applies to 14 August 2017.

PRIVACY POLICY
1.General Provisions
1.1Hyundai Motor Company (hereinafter referred to as the ‘ Company of the Company ’) is very important in protecting the privacy of the customer and complies with the Privacy Notice Act and the Privacy Policy on the first screen of the Personal Information Protection System (hereinafter referred to as the " Personal Information Protection System "), and will be notified in the notice box on the first screen or in a separate window.

4. Personal Information possession and usage period
The Company preserves customers’ personal information when it’s necessary for its information protection.

ㆍPreserving evidence : Access record management and the Company’s security policy
ㆍPreserving period : the last day of the year after 5 years

5. Agreement veto and disadvantages
5. 1. Customers are entitled to disagree to the Company’s collecting their personal information.
5. 2. The Company notifies customers’ restriction to entering into a building when customer disagreed to the Company’s personal information collection.

6. Personal information provision to the third party
The Company does not provide customers’ personal information to the third
party that collected when customers make a visit reservation request, except
1) under circumstances to the extent required by laws
2) under circumstances of investigative agency’s request for the purpose of investigation by prearranged procedures and manners by laws

7.Personal information’s handling entrustment
7.1 The Company is entrusting and operating personal information related business in order to store, use, manage, destruct of personal information if it’s necessary for taking visit procedures..

7.2 The Company notifies at the Website notification channel or specially designed pop-up windows when there are any changes in entrusting partners.

8. Personal information’s destruction procedures and method
Unless preservation of personal information is necessary by other laws, the Company makes it a rule to destruct the information immediately after achieving the purpose of collecting and usage of personal information.
8.1 Destruction procedure
Personal information customer provided to the Company is transferred to special DBs after achieving the purpose of its collecting and usage (in case of paper, to special document boxes) and destructed after certain period of time based on the Company’s internal policy or related laws.
Personal information transferred to special DBs will not be used for any other purposes except to the extent required by any other laws.
8.2 Destruction method
Personal information stored electronically should be destructed by the special technology that precludes the possibilities of restoring.
Personal information printed on papers should be destructed by shredding machine or incinerating.

9. Customer’s right / obligation and its exercise
9.1 Customer and legal representatives (aged under 14 years) may require checking, correcting, and disposing of personal information about their personal information handling and personal information.

10 Personal information safety securing measures
10.1 With regard to the Company’s dealing with customers’ personal information, the Company prepares technical and managerial measures to secure safety in order not to be stolen, modified, damaged, lost or leaked of the information.
10.2. Personal information collected is stored and managed in encrypted form by encryption program.
10.3 It is thoroughly controlled by the Company to access the personal information and it is possible to access and process the information only by the system manager.
10.4 The Company establishes, implements privacy policy and conducts regular personal information protection education to the personnel related.
10.5. The Company takes every possible technical action such as installing security programs in preparation for hackings or virus invasion.
10.6. The Company will notify personal information’s violation accidents such as its leakage, damage, etc. to customers and take every necessary action to minimize the intensity of the accidents.

11. Personal information manager and dissatisfaction of its handling.
The Company protects customers’ personal information and designates a chief of personal information manager and responsible department as below to deal with dissatisfactions related to personal information handling.
